Portsmouth Peace Treaty Centennial Continued
Leading Edge provided PR counsel for the Portsmouth Peace Treaty Anniversary Committee and the Centennial events. By distributing press releases, coordinating media interviews and visits, maintaining the website (recognized by the Library of Congress), detailing visits by the Governor of NH, Japanese Ambassador to the US and other dignitaries, and compiling the master program for all of the events, the Centennial earned readership in a variety of media including AP syndicated stories of 9.5 million circulation, worth over $314,000 in equivalent ad value. Annual commemorative events, exhibits and publications continue to expand awareness of the Treaty nationally and worldwide.
